Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the gravit8 platform through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use gravit8's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and gravit8. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The gravit8 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials, including your password, secure and not sharing them with any other party. gravit8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. gravit8 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.
- Personal information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date
- Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date whenever changes occur
- Accounts may not be transferred to another individual
- Account sharing with or access by third parties is strictly prohibited
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Gravit8 users are required to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Any use of the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gravit8 platform:
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems
- Use of unauthorised automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Sharing account information or selling account access to another party
- Making false claims regarding transactions or bets
- Disrupting other users' experience through inappropriate behaviour
- Uploading or distributing unlawful or offensive content
Gravit8 reserves the right to take action against any user found to be in breach of these rules, including suspending or closing the account, withholding credit balances associated with suspected fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the gravit8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go, FPX, and online banking transfers through recognised Malaysian banking institutions.
Confirmed deposits cannot be cancelled once processed. Users are responsible for ensuring the deposit amount entered is correct before confirming any transaction. gravit8 is not liable for errors made by users when entering payment information.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit
- Gravit8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected
- Any taxes arising from winnings are the sole responsibility of the user
Gravit8 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or cancel transactions suspected of involving fraud or activities that violate platform policy. In such cases, the relevant balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Gravit8 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions from time to time due to system maintenance or external factors beyond our control.
Gravit8's liability to users is limited to the amount deposited by the user and remaining in an active account at the time the claim is made. gravit8 is not responsible for any indirect losses, anticipated loss of profit, or other losses that are not a direct result of a verifiable error on the part of the platform.
All content on the gravit8 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of gravit8 or its licensed partners. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from gravit8.
Third-Party Links & Services
The gravit8 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. gravit8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
Account Closure, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Gravit8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, multiple account usage, or unlawful activity. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to confirmed fraud or breach of terms may be forfeited to gravit8.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for return in accordance with the applicable standard withdrawal procedure.
Amendments to Terms
Gravit8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after amendments are posted will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and users agree to exhaust the designated resolution process before pursuing formal legal remedies.
